   STATEMENT FROM JOHNTAVIS: "I was arrested for malicious injury to tree, house, personal property. They accused me of exiting the door (of Max Fitness) too fast, aggressively which led them to say the door is broken bc of the way I left. I did not have any evil malicious intentions to destroy anything. After I asked to cancel my membership I was giving a number to call. I went to sit down and call the number it came back a fake number. I proceeded to get up and walk out to leave and never return again. This happened April 22nd. AUG 6th l was arrested for exiting a door too fast. And or malicious injury to tree etc."
