If a record on this site is inaccurate, or if the case has been resolved favorably (charges dropped, dismissed, expunged, or not pursued), use this form to request that we remove or annotate the record. Every request is logged and tracked. There is no fee.

What happens next

Your request is logged immediately and assigned a reference id — save it for your records.
A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check spam. The reference id on the next page is authoritative either way.
A human reviews the request, usually within 2 business days.
Eligible requests are resolved within 30 days. Removed records drop out of the sitemap and are purged from the search index and CDN.
For records short of full removal, we can also annotate the page with a disposition update (charges dismissed, record restricted) or apply a no-index meta tag.
You'll receive a follow-up email when the request is resolved, with the outcome and any next steps.
