Investigators said a woman found videos and photos of herself sleeping and getting dressed, along with footage that appeared to show the camera being installed.

Joshua Yon, 44, was booked Aug. 21 in Richmond County on charges of sexual battery and unlawful eavesdropping or surveillance after authorities said a woman found a hidden camera in her Augusta bedroom.
An incident report says the woman told investigators she found the camera around midnight Aug. 15 and discovered multiple photos and videos of herself getting dressed and sleeping on a cellphone connected to it. She also found a video that appeared to show Yon installing the hidden camera and a selfie of Yon on the phone.
Authorities said the woman is Yon's former girlfriend and the mother of his child. Investigators said she also found video of Yon sexually battering her while she slept, including footage of him exposing her breast and vagina. She told investigators she had never given him permission to record her.
