Frederick Gardner, 53, was booked Sept. 20 in Richmond County on charges of aggravated sodomy, sexual exploitation of children, child molestation and aggravated child molestation.
According to arrest warrants, Gardner is accused of sexually explicit contact with children and of paying at least one victim for sexual acts. The allegations involve incidents reported in 2024.
Warrants say one victim was under 16. Gardner is also accused of forcing a sex act on a child.
Gardner remained jailed in Richmond County following his arrest.
